Drew Barrymore was once dumped by the same man twice.
The 'He's Just Not That Into You' actress - who is currently single but has been married twice - admits the experience was very painful but can now see the funny side.
She said: "I once got dumped by a guy twice! The second time I was like, 'Really? Are you sure now?' " After repeatedly being unlucky in love, the 33-year-old star is now savvier about suitable men, and tries not to waste time if she doesn't immediately click with someone.
She revealed: "Luckily I haven't had that many bad dates. I went through that with this lawyer, and we sort of looked at each other at dinner and went, 'Yeah, no. This isn't going to work!' We sort of shook hands and ended the evening."
Drew celebrates her birthday on February 22, just 11 days after her 'He's Just Not That Into You' co-star Jennifer Aniston turns 40, but the pair will not be partying together. Speaking at the Los Angeles premiere of the movie, Drew explained: "We won't be throwing a joint party, but we will celebrate on another night because we're friends, and we like to hang out."
Meanwhile, Jennifer raised eyebrows at the premiere when she reportedly sneaked out of the screening before the film started. She also did not attend the official after-party at Social Hollywood, instead going to the Towerbar at the Sunset Tower Hotel with friends.
A source said: "She looked divine in her black pant suit. She literally glowed at the table as she talked in an animated fashion with her friends."

David Beckham's Valentine's surprise
David Beckham flew into London for 24 hours to give wife Victoria an early Valentine's Day treat.
The soccer star travelled from Milan to the UK on Saturday night (07.02.09) to spend one day with fashion designer Victoria.
He booked a room at exclusive hotel Claridges and showered her with expensive flowers and chocolates. Earlier on Saturday night Victoria was spotted dining alone at Locanda Locatelli restaurant.
A source said: "It was the only chance they had to meet up in their hectic schedules."
David, 33, then jetted off late on Sunday night (08.02.09) to meet up with the England soccer squad in Seville ahead of their friendly match against Spain on Wednesday (11.02.09).
Being called up for the match ruined the couple's original plan to spend the weekend together in Milan - where David is on loan from US team Los Angeles Galaxy to Italian club AC Milan.
The source added: "Victoria is off to New York Fashion Week and David has his commitments with England and AC Milan."
The couple will be apart on Valentine's Day this Saturday (14.02.09) because of their schedules.
After Wednesday's match, David will fly straight back to Milan to rejoin his club ahead of their important derby match against arch rivals Inter Milan on Sunday (15.02.09).
